Regular online or in-person group sessions.
Providing a personal, individualised approach in an affordable group context
These sessions are aimed at actors with some experience, either as a student or professional. The sessions are moulded around individual challenges or questions brought in by the participants present on the day, in order to support their personal processes, work through blocks or help with an upcoming audition or role. The sessions also act as an actor's workout to strengthen and exercise skills.
The sessions present a great opportunity to keep skills fresh, develop your toolbox, work in a supportive, creative environment and gain bespoke support without the cost of private coaching.

Actors are always welcome to join our Creative Support Forum skill share sessions to support the development of the work being shared. The sessions can provide an opportunity to meet writers and theatre makers, and as a work out to explore new material and ideas.

1:1 Coaching
1:1 coaching can be booked on request, and is offered to actors at all levels of experience. Sessions can be in-person in London or online.

The lab is designed for performers, theatre makers, playwrights, composers and lyricists - at any level of experience - with an interest in building a tool kit for devising theatre and finding their voice in a collaborative process.
