These sessions are aimed at actors with some experience, either as a student or professional. The sessions are moulded around individual challenges or questions brought in by the participants present on the day, in order to support their personal processes, work through blocks or help with an upcoming audition or role. The sessions also act as an actor's workout to strengthen and exercise skills.

The sessions present a great opportunity to keep skills fresh, develop your toolbox, work in a supportive, creative environment and gain bespoke support.
